The industrial structure of the industrial manufacturing industry is changing,and the global industrial manufacturing industry is developing towards the direction of intelligence,digitization and lean.The application of Internet of Things and information technology to traditional industrial manufacturing enterprises,the establishment of industrial intelligent operation and maintenance system,promote the intelligent development of enterprises,can effectively improve the production efficiency and product quality of enterprises.The establishment of industrial intelligent operation and maintenance system needs a lot of data support.These data are characterized by asymmetry and large data volume,which put forward higher requirements for real-time data transmission,data analysis and data traffic.Therefore,the design of integrated information data acquisition terminal for manufacturing equipment has great significance.In this paper,a data acquisition terminal is designed to solve the problems of various devices,interfaces and data types in automatic data acquisition of microelectronic manufacturing equipment in the Internet of Things.According to the requirements of manufacturing equipment,this paper designs the terminal hardware organization structure and data transmission network architecture,develops the data acquisition and network access terminal,and realizes the real-time acquisition and network access of key parameters such as equipment process,state,production and environmental information.Firstly,according to the data acquisition requirements,the hardware platform is designed by using embedded ARM processor and STM32 to work together.Then,a terminal binding software is designed based on Qt development platform to solve the problem of different interface protocols for manufacturing equipment.In order to guarantee the reliability and security problems in the process of data collection and transmission,this article on hardware with the method of power management to coordinate between the external power supply and backup battery switch,with adding the time stamp on the data handling,data encryption,selection of communicationprotocol and design of time-sharing transmission way to ensure the reliability of the data.The corresponding data processing and storage methods are designed for the data characteristics.In order to realize the on-chip decision function of the terminal,the fault classification model of vibration data based on convolutional neural network is studied.The data acquisition terminal designed in this subject is small in size,easy to deploy,and can be compatible with manufacturing equipment of different protocol types,which is conducive to widespread promotion.
