The 18th national congress made it clear that "significant improvement in the level of informatization" was included in the context of the goal of building a well-off society in all respects.The original education metropolitan area network in Qingjiangpu District is unable to meet the demand and has the problem of uneven distribution of information resources,repeated development and low utilization of the application system.In order to achieve the high quality education resources sharing and promote education equalization,the Qingjiangpu District puts forward to build a one-stop Cloud Service Platform on the basis of the original education metropolitan area network for education administrative division,schools,teachers,students and parents.The Cloud Service Platform can make good use of high quality education resources.According to educational informatization requirements of the Qingjiangpu District,on the basis of investigating the current research status of education cloud platform and the original education metropolitan area network in the Qingjiangpu District,the paper gives requirement analysis,feasibility analysis and design objectives of education cloud platform in this area.Design overall framework by using B/S three-tier architecture,integrate resources and services based on cloud computing technology and SOA architecture,realize the centralized management and unified call of resources and services and promote the rational use of quality education resources and services.Two works are achieved in this paper.First,analyse the existing single login model,select the SAML and improve it to reduce the module communication;research the encryption algorithm,use symmetric algorithms,asymmetric algorithm and digital signature to encrypt the SAML assertion,form safety SAML token and improve the security of the single logon model.Second,as the new teaching models of micro-course and flipped class are required for video on-demand system based on streaming media,this thesis designs the overall framework and main function of the video on-demand system and describe the function module in detail.The education platform has been tested and demonstrated that the platform and system core functions can meet the design requirements and operate normally after the deployment in Qingjiangpu District.
