Public security is the main force for the stable and harmonious development of the society.The local government departments are also constantly managing the security policing,and applying electronic technology to the work of police management and police intensification,and implementing the strategic policy of “scientific and technical police”.Increase the application of information technology in public security management.The science and technology public security has played a great role in crimes,social management,and mass service,and has achieved certain results.With the development of society,the information of public security police management work will be more and more,and the increase of resources provides a good data basis for the management of police services,but the heavy data management and analysis work is also brought to the police staff.In order to speed up the analysis of data and the management efficiency of police work,it is necessary to accelerate the construction of information management system.Therefore,this paper takes the police work of the Public Security Bureau as the research object,and combines the design of mobile terminal technology and communication technology to realize the design and implementation of the intelligent mobile police system of the Municipal Public Security Bureau.Based on the analysis of mobile police research at home and abroad,the Android mobile system is divided into two parts: the front-end mobile terminal platform and the back-end command center platform.The network architecture is built between MVC and SSH between the two parts,and the data communication transmission is completed by SIP protocol.In addition,in the design of the function,the user authentication login module,the collection and transmission of police integrated service data,analysis and analysis,and GPS positioning and Bluetooth data transmission module are designed and implemented.Finally,the system function test is carried out for the functions completed by the system design,and the feasibility of the system is verified from the functional test and the performance test.
