Design And Implementation Of Mobile Intelligent Police Distribution System Based On Android

In order to speed up the efficiency of police resources allocation in China's police department,realize the transient handover of police work,and improve the efficiency of police work in China,this paper uses differential evolution algorithm to optimize the distribution effect of police resources,combined with mobile informationization.Technology to speed up the development of China's police informationization work.This research is based on the research and development of the traffic police resource allocation status,and plans to design a traffic police service system that can effectively configure the police human resources.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Proposing the use of GIS to cooperate with police management,using differential evolution algorithm to effectively configure police resources,and adopting the requirements of mobile police work processing,the system is divided into police information management and police monitoring functions.,police force distribution function,traffic processing function,system management six module functions.(2)Design the overall architecture and security of the system by using the authentication service and the encryption card technology,and design the structural system and the general functional framework of the traffic police mobile system.Using the system analysis design tool,the functional modules of the system are designed in detail,including SQL database design,model construction,etc.,to form the system's functional model and business data model.The police force allocation algorithm model is used to construct the basic structure of police resource allocation,and the model basis for police resource allocation.(3)According to the determined detailed design requirements,the system interface design is implemented on the system,and the system is implemented on the Android side to enhance the flexibility application of the mobile police work.The system is then tested for individual functions.The test results represent that the system can effectively implement the application of traffic police command and dispatch,provide technical support for traffic police resource dispatching,and realize the realtime and high efficiency of traffic police management.The system uses GIS technology to locate the police personnel,and combines the differential evolution algorithm to optimize the police resource scheduling mode.Through the video dialogue and voice dialogue to realize the distribution of police personnel online,you can clearly see the congestion status of various sections of the city road.Thereby optimizing the control system for urban road traffic.
