This is a new exploration of research in the field of Sino-Soviet communication. The article elaborates that China's early study of the Soviet news model was not an initiative to adopt a "one-sided" policy, but to a certain extent it was passively accepting the political oppression of the Soviet Union. This is the result of the “one-sided” policy imposed by the Soviet Union under the banner of the ever-expanding socialist camp.Although it was difficult to move forward under the strong cultural output of the Soviet Union, the Chinese press actively absorbed its beneficial results while studying the Soviet news model. It can be said that it had initially formed its own news dissemination before the Sino-Soviet relationship broke down.system.Both in news theory and in practice, there has been considerable progress and development. The discussion of this article is rich in the theory of Sino-Soviet news communication. It can be said that it provides a new academic perspective for the correct understanding of the early Sino-Soviet friendship and cooperation.
