The 3D reconstruction technology has become a crossover technique in many disciplines such as computer vision,optoelectronic engineering,and image signal processing,and is widely applied to many fields such as modern medical diagnosis,photogrammetry,and architectural design.This paper proposed a research project for 3D reconstruction of mirror target is proposed and a 3D reconstruction method based on image processing and light reflection principle is implemented.The main contents of this reconstruction method are:camera calibration,establishment of a mirror target surface measurement system,and the use of image processing methods to match light source points and reflection points.First of all,this thesis calibrates the camera's internal parameters according to Zhang Zhengyou camera calibration principle.Secondly,a surface gradient measurement scheme is proposed.A display screen is used as a light source to project a color template onto a target surface.A monocular camera shoots a reflection image from the target surface.Each color region in the reflection image is matching with a color in template.Use the cluster analysis algorithm to construct the color-name data set,find the data set to obtain the color category,and match the position information of the same color of the color template image and the reflection image.Then,combined with the reflection principle of light,a reflected light path diagram of the colored template is established.The coordinates of the light source point and the reflection point are obtained according to the imaging principle of the camera,and a series of formulas derived from the geometric light path diagram are substituted to calculate the gradient of the target surface of the mirror to be measured.Finally,the 3D point cloud data is obtained by integrating the gradient data.In the experiment,gradient point cloud measurements and surface reconstruction were performed on surface irregularities of multiple surface mirrors and dynamic water surface fluctuations.Through the analysis of the reconstruction results,we can see that the 3D surface measurement experiment is feasible and effective for the thinner mirror surface objects.In addition,the reconstruction effect of smooth and smooth surface fluctuations such as water surface is good.
