Image measurement technology is a kind of high performance measurement technology,applying in many ways,such as machine vision,image detection and pattern recognition and so on.Image measurement is a technology testing the target of information in measuring system.With the rapid development of production and science technology,Image measurement technology is also more and more applied to the production and manufacturing.So image measurement technology research is a very valuable question.It can reduce industrial cost,improve the process precision and improve the work efficiency.In the 21st century,the array camera gradually entered people's field of vision,Compared with the traditional camera,the array camera has the following advantages:refocusing after shoot,getting the depth of the information,reconstructed image's angle is bigger and so on.Image measurement based on binocular has a lot of research results,but in terms of image measurement based on array camera,there is few domestic research.Based on this,this article chooses the 3×3 array camera as a research platform,and research the image measurement based on array camera.The research content mainly includes camera calibration,stereo matching,super-resolution reconstruction,length measuring in image.Specific work content is divided into:1?It is described briefly in camera imaging principle,Zhang's camera calibration method,common stereo matching method,and parallax distance measuring principle.2?This article uses the 3×3 array camera Shooting target image,calibration camera respectively for their internal and external parameters.3?Stereo match target images using normalized cross-correlation technique(NCC),at the same time apply convolution calculation to optimize the operation speed and improve the efficiency.By super-resolution reconstructing the target image,we can obtain the complete scene information.4?By mouse operation we can get any point of three-dimensional coordinates of the image,to complete Euclidean distance measurement.We obtain high precision measurement results from the reconstruction image.Array camera gets wider perspective of image information,and we can extract targets'depth information.Array camera related research in domestic is still very rare,but it has obvious advantages compare with traditional camera,so it has very wide application prospect.
