With the development of intelligent technology,there are huge demands for intelligent measurement in various fields,such as education,industry and scientific research.So a large number of non-contact measurement technologies based on various sensors have emerged as the times require.CCD is an important member of the photoelectric sensor,so it's widely used in various measurement and control systems.However,these current CCD-related systems mainly come from Japan and Europe and the United States,their systems tend to be highly integrated,confidential,expensive and inconvenient to modify requirements.Therefore,many domestic CCD and embedded monitoring and control system design is being developed.This paper designs a light-related measurement system by analyzing the characteristics and the working principle of CCD.In this paper,the FPGA processing core is used to complete the design of the hardware platform.The hardware platform includes universal interactive function interfaces such as serial communication,Ethernet communication,drive control,and storage.And the drive control interface is compatible with different CCDs,the ILX554 is used for detecting the weak light signal,TCD1209 realizes scanning imaging.After completing the hardware platform design,this paper uses Verilog language to design different modules,including communication,control,storage and computing function modules.And then complete programming by integrating these sub-modules.At the end of this paper,two applications are realized,the first one is scanning imaging system and the other is spectrum measuring system.
