Because of high efficiency and automation, the computer has become anincreasingly important tool. For enterprises, the use of computer software system helpsto optimize business processes, lower operating costs, improve office efficiency.Therefore, the development of such a system has a very important significance.New Oriental computer school is established in accordance with the law, engagedin computer occupation training institutions. These years, with the continuousdevelopment of the business, an office system is strong needed to support the entireoperations. In this context, the paper takes the development of New Oriental Computerschool management system as the main target.This thesis is centered on the design and implementation of the system commencedpreparation. Firstly, it introduces the study’s background and significance thedevelopment of office automation system, the system development technology. Thissystem mainly uses ASP+SqlServer2005technology in the development. ASPtechnology is simple and easy to use, SqlServer database has advanced architecture.Through the combined technology can rapidly develop software system with perfectfunction. Secondly, according to the general process of software design, it introducesthe system requirement specification, general design, detailed design and test and so on.Analysis of system functional requirements and non functional requirements on thedemand analyses. In the part of whole design, the paper introduces the design of systemframework, function module and database. In the detailed design part, parts of thesystem function module design and realization are presented. In the test part, introducedthe significance, purpose, content of test procedures and results, etc. Finally, theresearch work is summarized, and future directions are explained.The development of this system has a high theoretical and practical. It can satisfyoffice requirements of New Oriental Computer school departments, while promoting theresource sharing between departments and improve the level of automation of thedepartment office. The software uses Browser/Server pattern, based entirely on theInternet/Intranet platform. This set of software running, make the New Orientalcomputer school’s complex office becomes simple, office efficiency has been greatlyimproved. Of course, this system still needs to be improved, such as the quality of the code needs to be further optimized, function module needs to be further improved, theneed to further expand the application platform.
