As the development of information technology in new century,it has been a primary choice for applying those technology for government internal office affairs and communication.A critical issue,however,is the non-customizable table form and flow process(TF&FP)during the developing phase.Since the convention approach is to solidify the TF&FP by the software developer prior to the deployment,it increase the cost and time if any change of TF&FP needed afterwards as the necessary update on software code and database are required by the developer.An urgent need is to providing customization on TF&FP for the end user to modify in a simple and convenient way without involving the developer.Based on the practical needs of China Southern Power Grid's integrated information service management platform,this paper conducted in-depth research on dynamics forms and workflow technologies among domestic and international works,followed by a description of related technologies that need to be used within the system.This paper also present a detail description of system functionality complying the strict method of software engineering with the UML object-oriented technology and modeling the object through Microsoft Visio 2016.In the requirement analysis section of this paper,it introduce various needs,including: business requirement,functional requirements and non-functional requirement of the system with the establishment of a use-case model.In the system architecture and function section,static structure class diagrams and sequence diagrams are used.Activity diagram are used as well to model the system in the detail and the system's database is tailor-designed correspondingly.In the section of system implementation,this paper started with description of each functional blocks from the perspective of the system architecture and security measures,and emphasised on the design and realization of dynamic form.Finally,in the key technology section,targeting the unreasonable problem during the modeling process,a functional block is design based on the rationality verification of Petri net.The integrated information service management platform design in this paper adopts the B/S models,and using Oracle database as backend database,Java as the programming language for development.The use of dynamic forms and workflow technology in the system enable end-user to create customizable forms and processes.The workflow engine adopted the open source JBPM workflow engine.This research proposed a system would able to meet all the business need of China Southern Power Grid nowadays,and also able to adapt to the need for rapid business growth in long term as it enable non-technical business personnel to modify the the process and forms with system improved scalability.
