| In this paper, the main purpose is to design and develop an examining and approving system on the basis of workflow technology, and the research of WfMS is summarized. The process modeling founded on Petri-Net is described and analyzed. The mechanism of scheduling of workflow engine is discussed in detail.Based on deeply analysis and research on standards of workflow and fully study the WfMS products, an examining and approving system on workflow technology basis is designed and developed. This product is provided with all necessary functions of other WfMS products; besides this, the design tool of business process is worked out on the basis of Petri-Net , which makes process design freely possible. Also, with the form-design tool, form pages can be bound with process modeling freely. The system is more convenient for examining and approving all matters, the lag approval and the lost of forms are avoided. So the cost is cut, the efficiency is improved highly. |
