Research On The Changes And Usage Of News Materials In The Context Of New Media

News breaking is an important source of mass media.As our lives enter into the Network Information Age,the traditional media news breaking channels have undergone important changes.With the prosperous period of new media development,diversified new media channels provide not only broaden the coverage of news,but also bring a wealth of information sources to us.So the traditional media especially some competitive urban newspapers,how to choose and use the information sources of new media channels which have provide for,becomes a problem worthy of attention.The paper base of the theoretical principle of journalism and communication science,adopt empowerment theory of new media as the research perspectives,and carried on the method of content analysis to analysis statically with the situation of the using of new media information sources from three urban newspapers of Kunming city,they are "Chun Cheng Evening News" "Yunnan information newspaper" and "City Times".and further more to sum-up the newspaper's existing circumstance and characteristic while using new media's information sources.Through depth interviews with three urban newspaper editors,make a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the traditional news breaking channels and new media's news breaking channels,to study each part of chain combination of the metropolitan newspapers' news revelation and content production.From the perspective of media convergence and media empowerment,to discuss the change and influence of traditional media's news breaking.Through the changes of the news breaking news and news production in the context of new media and the relationship between both,summarizing the existing problems and the influence of the traditional media using new media's breaking,and puts forward the appropriate solutions.The paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter mainly sorts out the historical development of newspaper news breaking,and summed up the different media era news breaking channels and it's characteristics.And on this basis,combined with the analysis framework of this paper,expand the focus of the following four chapters.The second chapter discusses the change of news breaking channels in the current context,and discusses the causes of the change from four aspects: the main body,the content,the channel and the effect;The third chapter combines the characteristics of media convergence and media empowerment to analyze the use of news breaking in traditional media;The fourth chapter makes a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the use of new media information sources in Kunming's three urban newspapers;The fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions on the use of new media information sources based on the research conclusion,and rethink on the problems and deficiencies in the process of study.
