| In recent years, with the prosperous development of the news business, the completion between medias are heating up. Live broadcast is the method that could best demonstrate the charm of TV news. With live broadcast, TV news could produce the best possible results and gain maximum value. In live broadcast, breaking news is the one that could show its value, meanwhile, it is also the most arduous task in live broadcast. Why we say so? Firstly, it is related to the people's life and social order of large scale; secondly, the significance and value of breaking news could only be get by deepened observation and thinking. Any careless could mislead the public opinion and bring negative impact to the whole society. With the launching of the news live broadcast business, another big issue that TV stations encounter is lack of manpower, technique and news resource. It is hard to independently finish all the Live broadcast while facing a breaking event.
