With the improvement of people's living standard,there are more and more private cars.The age of automobile consumption has come quietly.Parking lots constructionis in full swing and the management of intelligent parking lots is playing an important role.It is expected that the combination of smart parking and smart phones is the developing trend.Smart phones can query and reserve parking spaces,which can alleviate social traffic pressure and save parking cost to some extent except providing facilitate parking for majority of car owners.The aim of this system design is to make it easier for car owners to park.The system design is to see whether the spare parking spaces near the parking lot and reserve before the car owners go out to achieve the purpose of reducing traffic congestion and making parking more intelligent.In addition,unattended parking lots can reduce labor costs,and make the parking lots more intelligent.Intelligent parking system belongs to intelligent transportation field of smart city.The application value of intelligent parking system can make the driver master congestion of parking spaces in a certain area and improve the berth usage rate,making the berth resources and social needs allocated properly.It also improves the quality of parking management service and the management image of government or corporate,which reduce congestion and pick up the pace for smart city to a certain extent,in addition to creating additional value for the parking management service units.First,we analyze the social needs and design the roughfunctional modules and the relationaships between each other,and then each detail will be further refined through a deeper understanding about each functional modules.Then we complete the system design and implementation with the framework of Spring + SpringMVC + MyBatis,which J2 EE as a development platform,mysql as a background database and tomcat as a server.Finally,we insert the data through the database to simulate and test the system's each functional modules.Technically speaking,there are two major modules,one is the system manager part,which has the following main functions,including add,modify,delete,view the user's information and modify rights level of users and classify,set different payment methods and pay scales for parking charges.Another module is the system user part,which users can inquire,count and reserve parking spaces for timing and temporary for designated area parking lots or nearby.
