Flexible pressure sensor has many advantages,such as high sensitivity and wide application range.It is widely applied in electronic skin,medical care,aerospace,environmental monitoring and other fields.However,the development of flexible pressure sensors has been restricted because of long preparation cycle,high cost and easy stripping.In order to ensure the performance of the flexible pressure sensor,a method of three-dimensional printing flexible pressure sensor is proposed in this thesis.Three dimensional printing technology is the fastest developing technology in recent ten years.Because of its fast production and excellent molding performance,the traditional manufacturing technology has been changed greatly.This thesis focuses on printing flexible pressure sensors by the technologies of 3D printing,including basic theory,forming process and molding materials.1.According to the forming and conductive theory of flexible pressure sensor,the piezoresistive relationship of flexible pressure sensor is deduced.Meanwhile the saliency analysis is done by the experiment.A statistically significant mathematical model is derived,which can be applied to the theoretical modeling of 3D printing forming flexible pressure sensor.2.Based on the early work of the laboratory,the three-dimensional printing and forming system of the flexible pressure sensor is improved.The overall structure of the three dimensional molding system is introduced.Based on this,a three nozzle mechanical structure is designed,which can print the flexible surfaces and conductive line.At the same time,the auxiliary control module of the control system is designed to monitor the system status in real time and ensure the normal operation of the system.3.A layered printing algorithm for flexible pressure sensors was introduced.This algorithm can accurately realize the slice of the model.However,when the printed circuit with high accuracy is printed on flexible surfaces,there will be a difference between the size of the conductive line and the design model and the fracture of the conductive line.Therefore,the improvement of the hierarchical algorithm was carried out and the algorithm for printing flexible surface was put forward.This algorithm can effectively solve the problem of wire fracture and size difference,which can also improve the molding rate.4.The thesis designed the three-dimensional printing forming process of flexible pressure sensor.Based on the process,the best forming ratio and treatment scheme of the PDMS flexible substrate and conductive rubber and nano silver conductive ink are chosen.Meanwhile,three different structure of the flexible pressure sensor are designed at the same time,whose characteristics have been analyzed.At last,the experiments of the flexible pressure sensor have been performed.The results show that the three kinds of flexible pressure sensors with different structures are reliable.This thesis shows that the flexible pressure sensor with reliable performance and lower cost can be successfully prepared by three-dimensional printing process,which is suitable for popularization and application.
