Aerosol jet printing,as a microstructural graphic technology,has the advantages of non-contact,low production cost,high printing accuracy and compatibility with flexible substrate,etc.It has broad application prospects in the fields of flexible communication,flexible medical treatment,flexible display,flexible sensor and other optoelectronic devices.However,there are many factors affecting the process of aerosol jet printing,which are difficult to control.Therefore,it is still a key problem to grasp the influence rule of different factors on jet printing lines and realize the metallization of flexible substrate to meet the further application in the field of flexible optoelectronic devices.This paper conducts theoretical and experimental research on aerosol jet printing technology from four aspects,including simulation,experimental platform construction,law study of influencing factors and case study.The main contents include:(1)Establish a spray printing head of two-dimensional computational fluid dynamics(2D-CFD)model,Uses the Fluent software simulation analysis was carried out on the nozzle is focused on the injection process,affecting the nozzle on the effect of spray deposition sheath gas flow rate,such factors as the carrier gas flow rate and the distance between the nozzle and the substrate are simulated respectively,and verified the geometric structure of the spray printing head model for focus for feasibility of spray aerosol.(2)Design and construct an aerosol jet printing system based on ultrasonic atomization of piezoelectric ceramics.The structure of the atomizer is designed on the basis of the aerosol droplet produced by piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic atomizer,and the structure of the printer head is also designed,and a whole set of experimental system platform including the jet printing module,motion control module and temperature control module is built.(3)Carry out experimental research on influencing factors of aerosol jet printing lines.Aerosol spray printing system based on this article build nano silver ink printing line experiments,using the control variable method is mainly studied sheath gas flow rate,carrier gas flow rate and the distance between the nozzle and the substrate,the moving velocity and printing layer on the substrate printed line the influence law of morphology,ideal printing process parameters are obtained.The minimum print line width was 29.6?m with a 200?m aperture nozzle.A minimum print line width of 17.4 ?m was obtained by using a nozzle with 100?m aperture.(4)The case study of flexible conductive electrode for jet printing was carried out.Nano silver conduptive ink,at 100?m thickness of flexible PET film for printing flexible substrate electrode design,after vacuum thermal reduction and laser sintering process,the flexible electrode resistance minimum 2.58?,after bending test and adhesion test to maintain good electrical conductivity.
