Research And Analysis On The Management System Of Students' Extracurricular Activities In Xinhui Fourth Middle School

With the development of economy and the progress of secial civilization,people pay more and more attention to the need of education.In addition to vigorously developing general education,according to the need of the students,the state has also expended the development of the student's extracurricular activity management.According to the current social development,combined with the own advantages,XinHui No.4 Middle School had set up some interest group for extracurricular activities.These include 12 items: calligraphy,chess,go,photography,basketball,football,musical instruments,choir and so on.At present,XinHui No.4 Middle School's extracurricular activity management for the student is still in the treatment of paper,EXCEL,department of communication management inefficiency,processing cycle is long,classics of school leadership research and instructions for many times,the new May 4 decided to develop a set of activities out of class management system management system,in order to meet the demand of student extracurricular activity management systematically.Papers in the first place in the business analysis based on system research of the business,define the business problem,functional analysis is given,and finally to express the new May 4 through UML flow chart of business student extracurricular activities management business processes,and optimize the existing business processes to improve the optimization of business flow chart is given.Function analysis through the new middle school students in extra-curricular activities management role of the various departments,the main users of the system is given,and through the UML use case diagram divides the main functional modules of the system,at last,through UML package diagram is given the function framework of the system.In the data analysis,the entity in the system function module is analyzed by means of UML class diagram thumbnail.The main properties of the entity class are given,and the database table structure is given according to the attributes.Finally,the work of the thesis is summarized,and the further improvement of the management system of extracurricular activities for XinHui No.4 Middle School is prospected.
