Design And Development Of Campus Micro Activity Management Platform Based On LAMP

So, it is necessary to build a set of micro activity management system based on the network to improve the management efficiency.Aimed at the problems existing in the campus activities, through the research and analysis of the related business processes and participants, the system based on the Linux OS takes advantage of the information dissemination of the network and the convenience of mobile intelligent terminal, and develops a set of campus micro management platform.For lack of efficient publicity and participants as well as the difficulty of expansion, the system adopts the use of micro publishing technology and automatic pushing technology to build the campus activities’ recommended functional module.According to students’ personal attributes and their personal interests, the system pushes information initiatively. On the one hand, not only does it expand the scope of information dissemination, but also provide a more extensive information channels for students.To solve the problems that the school activities should be approved by the organization of campus, the complicated preparations for related materials and the low efficiency, the system uses workflow technology combining the mobile terminal information processing to achieve the online submission and approval, effectively improving the processing speed. At the same time, the examination and approval personnel can send relevant information through this feature, so that the applicants can get relevant information in time. Because many participants can’t collect and summarize the views of the activities after the end of the current school activities, the activity evaluation function is developed by using scoring and evaluation method to assess the success of the organization and provide guidance for the next event.In view of the current campus activities in the limited participants, the micro activity management platform adopts micro direct seeding technology through photos, video and network platform or mobile intelligent terminal, so that more students can have access to the information of the scene.Based on the requirement analysis, the system architecture of the campus micro activity management platform is designed, and the main functional modules of the system are designed in detail.
