Research On The Opportunities, Challenges And Countermeasures Faced By Nanjing Library In The "Internet+" Era

With the development of the Internet,the ways of communication and information sharing have experienced rapid changes.The role of the public library has been hit by the Internet.Under the era of "Internet accelerated speed",there are some breakthroughs in the channels for people to acquire,save and use information,which makes the traditional public library under great pressure to do some changes.Public library service innovation with the Internet transformation is imminent.This article starts with the actual situation of Nanjing Library.In order to further explore the transformation and upgrading of "Internet +" in public libraries,this paper integrates the analysis of targeted questionnaires and focuses on the public utilization and utilization of public libraries Situation,identify the public libraries in the current problems and external threats.At the same time,it also analyzes the external opportunities faced by Nanjing Library in combination with the social background analysis.This paper analyzes the external development opportunity,external development threat,development opportunity and challenge as well as the internal development disadvantage of Nanjing Library synthetically using SWOT analysis method,and points out the valuable transformation and development path based on the analysis result.The powerful strength of Nanjing Library,the support of government policies and the continuous development of the existing technologies all provide favorable conditions for its further development.However,at the same time,we should also see that under the impact of the Internet,readers' reading habits have undergone tremendous changes.Under the existing conditions,the attempts of Nanjing University's digital service are not yet mature with little success.Therefore,Nanjing Library need to explore a suitable Internet + road.This paper proposed the reform and development of Internet + in Nanjing Library from three angles.
