The miniaturization,high frequency and high integration of microwave radio frequency module is the development trend of modern communication technology,So does power divider which is one of the passive microwave components.The purpose of this research is to implement the performance of miniaturized power dividers with the key technology controlled in the manufacturing and consistency electrical performance.With the development trend of future microwave circuit and the characteristics of LTCC and thin film technology,the power dividers are developed through the process of design,technology and manufacturing control.The theory of microwave transmission line,Wilkinson power dividers and the characteristics of LTCC resistors is studied,and the X-band power dividers are designed by ADS and HFSS,after manufactured with lean-six-sigma,the performance of the power dividers is tested and analyzed.In combination with the characteristics of technology and manufacturing control to design,the electrical performance and the consistency of the power dividers meet the requirements.The design method in this research is useful to be referenced,by which miniaturized power dividers are manufactured with shorter cycle and better electrical performance.
