In recent years, the research on the detection of weak signals using stochastic resonance of noise and nonlinear dynamical systems has attracted the attention of scholars. The research contents mainly include the selection of stochastic resonance model, output response, distortion and recovery of signals, etc.Stochastic resonance makes the weak signal more prominent in the spectrum of the system output through noise, but it also makes waveform distorted in the time domain of the system output. However, how to accurately recovery the distorted weak signal needs further study. The bistable system is the most widely used nonlinear dynamical system in the stochastic resonance theory. In this paper, the monostable system is obtained by adjusting the structural parameters of the bistable system, the reason for the distortion of the output waveform of the monostable system is described. Then the recovery system model is proposed to recover the distorted signal. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1.In engineering practice, signals can be classified into the sine-like signal and the pulse-like signal according to their different characteristics.Based on the monos-table system recovery mechanism, numerical simulations of noiseless and noisy sine-like and pulse-like signals are performed. The rationality of the theoretical analysis is verified:the recovery signal has good consistency with the original signal. It shows that the recovery method can effectively recover the time domain waveform of the weak signal.2.In order to further illustrate the effect of the monostable system recovery method, based on the above classification signals, the monostable system restoration method and the bistable system restoration method are compared respectively. The results confirm that the monostable system restoration method is better than the bistable system restoration method.
