With the development of the computer science, many digital devices are used in medical diagnoses, such as CT, MR and so on! So many medical images were produced. Facing the image resource, more and more scientists focus on these medical images and expect to find some useful information from these images. This paper is about the early medical focus diagnoses system. This paper tells how to find early medical focus using data mining, and how to construct the system.During the course of the project, we must smooth the following problem: the first is to find some characters describing the texture of a CT image and find a way to get these data describing these characters; the second one is to construct a data mining algorithm, which must be suitable for the project; the third one is how to get the rules judging whether is there a medical focus in CT images.Different the traditional method to find medical focus from CT images, the method we adapted to find the rules based comparing two CT images, of course the two images must belong to a person and the two images must come from the same part of the body. Besides, we use the data mining to find the rules and many traditional methods are based on AI.This paper was composed by five part, the first part is the summarize about the project; the second part give some relational theory; the third part describes how to construct the data mining algorithms and how to use the algorithms to get the rules especially the part give some results using the rules to judge some CT images and analyze these results; so the third part is the most important part of this paper; the forth part is about how to use these theory and how to design the system.
