Research And Analysis Of The Student Status Management System Of Xinhui No. 1 Middle School

Education information is the general direction of the upgrading of the education system,is an important strategy for building an educational power in China.School management information is an important part of educational information.Based on the actual situation of Xinhui No.l Middle School,this paper studies and analyzes the information management of Xinhui No.1 Middle School.This thesis introduces the project background and current research and application status of Xinhui No.1 Middle School,student management system.Combined with my work in the Xinhui No.1 Middle School,I identified the business needs of student status management.By analyzing the organizational structure and business personnel in Xinhui No.1 Middle School,I reengineered and optimized the original business process.I simplified the business process,reduced the waste of human resources,make the business more scientific,more convenient and more efficient.I analyzed the optimized business process,and designed the function of student status management system.Respectively:enrollment management,graduation management,student status change management,curriculum management,reward and punishment management,basic data management,system management.I analyzed the system's use cases and got the total system function chart and sub-function chart,and conducted functional data analysis,entity class relationship analysis,and designed the database table.At the end of the paper,it summarizes the content of the essay,finds out the inadequacy and ponders on the future development of the student status management system.
