At present, manually Student Management has not adapted the development of higher vocational colleges any more. It’s necessary to adopt computer information system in education administration. We should manage to relieve the Administrator of managing students from the tedious work, to improve work efficiency and to innovate new concept so that we can keep pace with the development of the modern higher education. It needs ceaseless exploration and study to make the colleges’administration and operation more standardized, rationalize and efficiency.Aimed at the actual requirements of student management in Kunming High Artificer School and based on the modern information technology,this paper adopts the fundamental ideas,theory and methods of sofeware engineering and information management system to expatiate at the siganificance,purpose,research comment and methods of Student Managentment informantion system. Firstly, the paper makes the requirement analysis.Secondly,on the basis of first step analyzing and comparing to the mainstream development methods of information system, perform detailed design at main interface of the system,functional module of each subsystem,database,net frame and system security, and then implement the system by adopting the teconogy methods of J2EE+StructsThe system leverages the advantages of computer and network technology, with running speed, high precision data, the information in a timely manner is good, practical, wide applicability, the characteristics of simple operation, its use will enhance the student management the efficiency and level of information technology for schools to play a certain role.
