Research And Analysis Of The Human Resources Support System Of Kunming Telecom Branch

Information has brought the transformation of enterprise management,and then the enterprise reform make new demands for information systems.Kunming Telecom starts 131 grassroots organizations' branch management reform,which divided by region,and the traditional non-standard internal manual management of branch is facing the challenges in human resource management,so the innovation of business reform needs to design and develop relevant human resources and some management systems to support the business.This paper introduces the research background,the significance of the project,the research status and application status of the human resources support system of Kunming Telecom Branch,and which defines the research content and the main work of the author,mainly uses the software engineering related technology and the corresponding method to research and analysis.In the business analysis section,through combing the existed problem of management process of the branch,reconstructs the main business information management business process.In the functional analysis section,according to the six major management functions including personnel,performance,compensation,training,performance appraisal systems of human resource support system of Kunming Telecom branch,using the UML(Unified Modeling Language)and uses case diagrams and case descriptions for role analysis,case analysis,and functional package diagrams.In the section of data analysis,this paper expounds the concept class diagram and entity relationship class diagram of the system,and explains the interaction between database tables.At the end of the paper,the research and analysis of the research are summarized,and the further optimization ideas are prospected.
