The Payment Bill Monitor System For China Telecom Shaoxing Branch Research And Design

With the development of company,telecom business has intergrationed manykinds of services,such as fixed telephone，broadband，mobile phone，globle eye，optical fiber rent，system integration,the old single service billing system can’tmeet the demand.Following the increase of arrears risk and protectingconsciousness of customers,the old monthly billing methond can’t meet thedemand, the way how to provide customer real time and correct bill has becomethe primary mission of telecom billing.Through deep investigation and research of market and internet operationdepartments,I collected many information and got a detail report.On the base ofthis report,this article put forward telephone fees monitoring plan of after payingbilling system after I had studied fter paying customer monitoring of severalservices included billing system. This system adapts standard B/Sarchitecture,J2EE artchitecture and database of oracle9i.This system usesJDBC4.0to connect other database,uses PROC to deal file process and runs onlinux system.Based on this plan,we have gotten some results:(1)We can getreal-time bill information of after paying customers;(2) We can forecast incomeeasily and offer forecast information for operation analysis to guide the marketplan’s coming out;(3)We can monitor after paying customers who have high feesand intervene in advance to avoid malicious arrearage.As the administrator of this project，I am responsible for the whole processof demand analysis， design and development. And also I participate inobject-oriented software development,which includes processes such asanalysis，design，realization，test，protection and so on. I emphasize demanddriving，centering on architecture,incremental and iterative development mothed.What’s more，I adopt Eclips’ reconstruction function in the core part and optimizesoftware’s function，improve the maintainability while keeping the same systemperformance.Now the system has been used by the staff of business departmentand Obtains good results.
