| With the development of informationization in modern society,the electronic management of information management has become a reality.And with the development of wireless network and intelligent client,the information management of mobile side becomes a new research hotspot.The traditional civil servant information management mode has the disadvantages of low efficiency and large error rate,and the existing civil service information management system also has the disadvantages of small coverage,office inconvenience and so on.Therefore,it is imperative to realize the informationization and mobility of civil servant management.First of all,this article analyzed the deficiency of the traditional civil service management system,combining in local tax system of civil servants of Yulin city information management present situation,analyzes the research background and significance of this article,and then to study the present situation and problems of the information management of civil servants at home and abroad,analysis its existence insufficiency,and puts forward the design of the basic idea of the civil service management information system,thesis structure is given.Then,in this paper,the support to the Android mobile information management system for civil servants involved when carries on the design and implementation of the Android platform,Oracle database,the front-end development technology and related technologies are introduced,and a detailed analysis and research the local tax system in Yulin city,the work of the personnel information management department personnel daily work required by the various functional requirements and performance requirements,and the UML use case diagram and use-case diagram of each module of the functional requirements,discussed how to support to the Android mobile information management system of the overall scheme of public servants.This system adopts B/S combined with C/S mode,in this structure,the user can through the IE browser and mobile client to access the system,according to the function different,this system can be divided into PC and based on the Android mobile phone APP end functions of two parts,among them,the PC function and can be subdivided into system management function,the basic information of the civil service management,recruitment management,post personnel management functions,basic data management,comprehensive inquiry six functions,APP functions and can be divided into basic information management,personnelmanagement,recruitment and job comprehensive query four modules.Then,this paper introduces the system architecture and network topology structure,based on the system requirements,analysis of the system function structure,then gives the system structure design and the design of the system is mainly a database table,and finally to the detailed design and implementation of each module,and provides the system class diagram and sequence diagram of each module.Finally,structures,system test environment,the support for this paper to realize the Android mobile end civil servants test and analysis of information management system,mainly including the content such as functional analysis,performance test and analysis,to develop the system to conduct a comprehensive test,and compare the user requirements for system maintenance.The system can realize the paperless data collection,no longer limited to time and space,to realize information sharing and communication anytime and anywhere,reduce the cost of manpower and material resources,improve the work efficiency.But due to my lack of experiences in software development and the limitations of knowledge and system in some deficiencies: safety problems caused by the rapid development of Internet,because the time is short,the integrity of the test are not comprehensive.In the future,will be on the system for the safety of the system design,put an end to happen the user damage phenomenon,to test more cases of system,adopt the comprehensive test,verify the integrity of the system. |
