Multimedia equipment is becoming more and more important in modernteaching and office applications,but there is few functional multimedia equipment management system.All along,for the management of multimedia equipment,the use of telephone repair of the traditional model,this model is increasingly unable to adapt to the current rapid growth needs.This mode of management,and some focus on the management of multimedia equipment in the room,some focus on the equipment management in the conference room,but for the classroom,office computer,projector,camera,LCD and other equipment management is lack of comprehensive management system.Due to the lack of a more comprehensive functional model of multimedia equipment management system,management of multimedia equipment is not scientific and reasonable,unified and efficient,a lot of bad multimedia equipment can not get timely maintenance,resulting in a large number of equipment can not be furnished should play an important role,serious waste of resources.This paper takes a middle school with several campuses as the object of study and analysis,studies and analyzes a set of scientific,reasonable,unified and efficient new multimedia equipment management system,and manages all the multimedia equipment in the school comprehensively,unified and standardized.Management highlights the "new" features,compared with the traditional old mode of management,analysis of the traditional management mode of low efficiency,does not meet the needs of the current problems,puts forward the concept of two-dimensional code scanning login device management system,do not subject to operating system restrictions,without restriction,from the access terminal the convenience of location,without time limit.Users scan two-dimensional code login system can achieve repair,query,interactive and other functions,allowing users to fully feel the superiority of the new multimedia equipment management system.This article from the multimedia equipment maintenance management,use management,query management,warehousing management,scrap management,procurement management,user management seven aspects of research and analysis.In business analysis,analysis of the low efficiency of the existing business school,cannot meet the growing demand,so as to optimize the business process,meet the needs of rapid growth;in the functional analysis,the main highlights of the multimedia equipment,advanced management mode,to users and managers brought hitherto unknown convenience;in the aspect of data analysis,the function of each module drawnentity relationship analysis chart,the E-R graph,and the establishment of a database table.In this paper,the new multimedia equipment management system makes the management of multimedia equipment become unprecedented convenient,greatly improve the management efficiency,easy and efficient to enhance the management level of multimedia equipment,has important application value.At the end of this paper,a summary and prospect are given,and the extension of the further work is discussed.
