In recent years, along with the rapid development of information technology,internet technology and computer hardware technology, informationization is aninevitable trend of development, so the focus and hot naturally on the propagation andidentification information. As a product of the rapid development of informationtechnology-bar codes, it has been widely used in different fields. The bar coderecognition technology is a comprehensive technology, it rates to the bar code theory,photoelectric technology, computer technology and communication technology. Just asimple example: now we go to the supermarket shopping at the time of checkout youcan find that the cashier only need scan a part of the goods can get some informationof the goods, the scanned portion of the icon is the one dimensional bar code. Theapplication of one dimensional bar code in our life is wide and improve productionefficiency. But the one dimensional bar code itself has many deficiencies, for example,a small amount of information, the correction could only do check, rely on thedatabase. To remedy the deficiency,a technology rises: two-dimensional bar codetechnology in recent years.Two-dimensional bar code and one-dimensional bar code have a big difference:two-dimensional bar code is to transmit information in the transverse, longitudinaltwo aspects, it has higher information density. Two-dimensional bar code uses figureof black and white according to specific in special symbols to record the informationof the plane. Because it has many advantages, for example: its high error correctingcapability, it can be expressed in many kinds of information, its high reliability ofdecoding, it has become the leading force in the field of bar code technology.Two-dimensional bar code can be divided into2D matrix bar code and2D stacked barcode. Now there are so many two-dimensional bar code application in the world, forexample: QR code, Data Matrix code, PDF417code and so on.As now two-dimensional bar codes used in our county are developed abroad, thetechnique monopoly leads to the high cost of two-dimensional bar code, the influencehas great popularization in China. Moreover, the recognition of two-dimensional barcode widely used today are static, unable to achieve dynamic scanning recognition.To solve this problem, this paper based on the existing two-dimensional bar code,combine the knowledge we designed a new matrix two-dimensional bar code, and aimat this code design a coding and encoding implementation of two-dimensional barcode. The design content can be divided into two parts: the generation system of barcode and the decoding system of bar code. Generation system can do from input datato generate corresponding two-dimensional bar code, decoding system realizesdecoding the function of two-dimensional bar code collected and restore correctly theinformation carried in it. The program of this paper is in the PC machine, under the development environment of C++Builder6.0, complete the design of2D bar codeencoding and decoding system, it has good portability. Through the coding systemtest, this system can effectively correct for the two-dimensional bar code encodingand decoding, it has good future.
