Research And Analysis Of Official Document Management System In Huaxi No. 5 Middle School

In recent years,at the background of the rapid development of domestic information,the development of electronic in our country is full swing.The larger public institutions,the big and medium-sized enterprises have realized the paperless office and they have adopted the electron document stream system.This has improved the working efficiency and reduced the waste of paper.So our country puts forward the Campus Information Construction.Every basic education school has embarked on a track of information construction.The construction of document management system is one of the most important parts.The paper is based on studying and analyzing the management of electron document which is related to the campus information construction in NO.5 Middle school of Hua Xi.The paper draws from the administrational date HuaXi No.5 Middle School has been operating on,and links the document and archives need from a common public school to the current practices in the ield of school record management systems,and gives out a comprehensive conclusion on the necessity of the study.Moreover,the paper also detailed analyzed and carded original business process of NO.5 Middle School of HuaXi.The total function high figure and related subfunction map of project system was given,such as dispatch,receiving,archiving,supervised and basic information management,system subfunction analysis,and for each function was given the corresponding use case diagram and its descriptin.Meanwhile,on the basis of fully functional using analysis,the paper also designed and analyzed data bank by the actual needs of the rules application of SQL and created the related data sheets,and ensured the table's primary key and foreign key,established data of actual class diagram.Finally,the paper expected the future of the project system applications combined with the practical management of the current basic education.
