Research And Analysis Of The Student Achievement Management System Of China Academy Of Art

In the China Academy of Art,it's urgent to develop an efficient performance management system.The users including the teachers and students in the school.The system take the advantage the combine of the Web side and mobile side to offer more convenient information service by using data interface.The research and analysis work include:research and analysis of user information management,research and analysis of attendance management,research and analysis of curriculum management,research and analysis of quizzes management,and research and analysis of data statistics.The main work flow of the attendance management are:import the personal information of the students in the school;record the course attendance information;push information to the teacher;provide data statistics.In addition,the platform also allow different users to query information through both side.By analyzing the current situation of the current system in the school,we can know that it's inefficiency to manage the information through the manual and incomplete information management system.That's why to propose a new system can be used in Web and mobile terminals.In this paper,the web based user interface,sub-modules and the database design will be researched and analysis.Based on the structure and principle of the browser/server system,this paper completes several stages,which includes the needs analysis,the system analysis and the overall detailed design by using the method of work-flow analysis.The achievement of this system is flexible,because there is a lot of success programs can be referenced.The realization will not be described in this article,because it's not our point.This thesis introduces the research background,the project significance,the current research and application status of performance management system,and identifies the main work and research contents.In the business analysis,the existing problems of system,organizations,the original business processes are analyzed in this thesis,and then the optimized business processes are given.In the function analysis,through the use case analysis and use case descriptions,the thesis identifies the system functions.In the data analysis,the data of the system needs to process is analyzed,the entity class relationship diagram is given,and the database tables ' structure is established.At last,the research and analysis are summarized.The future work to do is also prospected in this thesis.
