With the rapid development of logistics industry,the amount of materials stored is increasing.Some storage items are explosive,flammable,burnable,toxic and corrosive so there is a great risk of fire.Once the warehouse catches fire,it is hard to get a panoramic view of the fire area.As a consequence,staff cannot be evacuated from the fire spread zone properly and swiftly,and rescue team cannot implement the rescue operations effectively.The main reason is that there is no effective emergency monitoring system in the warehouse.Therefore,the research of intelligent monitoring system for logistics warehouse fire is of great significance for logistics safety and the rescue work after the fire spread.An environmental emergency monitoring technology based on wireless sensor network offers us a new way to prevent and monitor the situation.And this paper aims to study this new technique.combined with artificial intelligence algorithm,the new technique employs ZigBee as the wireless communication technology and CC2530 chip as the core hardware to design a reliable intelligent warehouse fire monitoring system,which can monitor the environmental parameters(temperature,humidity,light,smoke and co,etc.)in the event of a sudden fire.In the case of software,it includes upper computer software and lower computer software.The function of the lower computer software is to realize the collection of various parameters,to achieve wireless transmission and reception,and to communicate with the host computer in real time.In this paper,the upper computer of monitoring system is written by Lab VIEW to realize the intelligent monitoring of logistics warehouse fire,and the optimal escape path is planned by combining plane interpolation and distance reciprocal interpolation algorithm.In order to achieve the purpose of evacuation and provide rescue assistance,the upper computer is used to deal with the parameters and give the monitor team a real time display of the fire area and fire linkage control.It had been tested in a variety of ways which include network testing,network reliability test and the overall function test and other tests.The test results show that the research can be carried out smoothly and realize the collection and transmission of the environment parameters on the spot,which meets the expected target requirements,and improve transmission reliability.This paper studies the logistics warehouse fire evacuation path,intelligent monitoring system can automatically plan evacuation path,can further improve fire monitoring science and practicability,which can effectively guide the evacuation and rescue assist and provide technical support,logistics warehouse for finished products provide reference for realization of intelligent monitoring system of the fire.
