Research And Analysis Of The Information Equipment Fixed Asset Management System Of The State Taxation Bureau Of Kaiyuan City

The fixed assets of information equipment have the characteristics of many users,decentralized locations and difficult management inventory.if manual paper account management is used,not only the workload is heavy,but also the process of increase,decrease,damage,idle,scrap and transfer of fixed assets of information equipment is not easy to manage.The use of computer software system for the management of fixed assets of information equipment,compared with the use of manual paper account management,there are many obvious advantages.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,significance and research status of the information equipment class fixed assets management system in kaiyuan city,and then determines the content and task of this paper.In the specific analysis of the business,the current system related issues,the organization and the previous business processes were studied,and its business processes were adjusted comprehensively;In the system function design,this paper designs the function of the system by use case analysis,and describes the overall function and subsystem function of the system,including procurement management,storage management,equipment change management,inventory management and basic data management and other functions;In the process of analyzing the data,all the data involved in the system are studied,and the corresponding data table is designed.Finally,the research and design of this paper are summarized,and the future work is prospected.
