Research And Analysis On Fixed Assets Management System Of Zhangzhou Finance And Trade School

At present, there are some problems in the asset management of the administrative institutions, such as widespread and large quantity of distribution of assets, scattered information, inaccurate data, and the waste of asset purchases. This requires administrative institution to establish a perfect asset information management system, make full use of modern tools such as computers, grasp the information of the possession of the quantity, usage inside the departments comprehensive.This paper introduces the research background, project significance, research and application status of the Fixed Assets Management System in Zhangzhou finance and trade school in Fujian Province, make the content and work of the paper research clearly; in the business analysis, the article adopts the object-oriented method, with the usage of UML modeling technology, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the system, organization, the original business process to make the business processes transforming better; in the function analysis and through the case analysis and case description, the paper makes the functions of the system clearly; the overall function package diagram and subroutine package diagram of the system are obtained including the subroutine package diagram of the system management, the fixed assets based data, the newly increased fixed assets, the reduce fixed assets, the change of the fixed assets, the depreciation of fixed assets, the account table of fixed assets management; in data analysis, the paper analyzes the data need to be processed of the system functions and shows the entity class diagrams to establish database table structures; this paper summarizes the research and analysis finally, and shows the expectation of the further work.
