With the increasing of the school fixed assets inventory, fixed assets management system using computer aided schools, implementation of management information system has become an urgent demand.This paper introduces the fixed assets management information system of Kaiping city Chishui Town Central Primary School of the research background, significance of the project and the status of research and application at present, clear and the main work of the paper; in business analysis, the problems of the system, the organization, the original business processes are analyzed in this paper, after the transformation of the the business process is given; in the functional analysis, the data flow analysis and data dictionary, the system function, structure function structure of system was given and each functional module, including fixed asset purchase, fixed asset management, fixed asset information, system settings module; in the data analysis, the system function the need to deal with data analysis, E-R diagram, establishes the database table structure; finally, summarizes the research and analysis of the work, and the further work is prospected.
