Research And Analysis Of Fixed Assets Management System In Public Institutions

Units shall establish and perfect the system of assets management, by the financial departments of unified accounts accounting, by the asset management department unified registration management. Strengthen the management of fixed assets and institutions, to give full play to the efficiency of fixed assets, ensure that the administrative tasks are completed, plays an important role in the protection of state property security. How to strengthen the management of fixed assets, improve asset utilization efficiency, has become an important content of asset management institutions.This thesis is the actual demand of fixed asset management institutions based on, through a large number of in-depth research, complete the thesis. Firstly, this thesis introduces the research and analysis of fixed assets management system and institutions of the selected topic background and the significance, and the status of research and application status of the project are introduced in detail, and expounds the design target of the main work and thesis. Secondly, the system of object oriented development method, fountain model modeling technology and the related database technology and J2EE system architecture is described. Then the thesis using the unified modeling language UML technology on the system carried out a detailed needs analysis, followed by the system design, function module and database design, the database design which mainly uses entity class diagram, E-R diagram and database table structure, ways and means to. Finally, the main body of the thesis of the research were summarized, elaborated to write some of my work process, and pointed out the deficiencies in the writing shows, and expressed to the direction of our future work. This thesis realized the development of fixed assets management system and institutions of the B/S architecture, for the future of this system is the further development and lay a foundation for research work.
