Zhongshan City Patrol Police Crime Prevention And Control Quality Evaluation System Development And Realization

As the development of the information technology,each department of our Country had established the characteristic management information system of Governmentaffairs one after another,and that brought obvious benefit.Especially,the Public Security Organs had pushed the Evaluation of Enforcing the Law that got more benefit in recent years.But we met not a few problems in service,as lacking the function of the intact job evaluation decision,the application of th data base stay on non-decision analysis.So the Public Security Organs hoped to estabilsh a set of intact quality evaluation system,striving to improve the effect of quality evaluation.In this thesis,we put forward the Evaluation of Enforcing the Law system uses the experience for reference.Combining the actual situation of the public security in present,and based on the effective and feasible public security evluation method,we used the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process to estabilsh a new evaluation model for the public security.Based on the network,the evaluation system finished the process of collecting data and liquidating data.By means of analyzing the data,it supplys inquiry evaluating result ,and provides random evaluating process.The system development applied the Structured Analysis Design Technique, we selected SQL Server 2005 as the background database. the environment selected Visual Studio.NET 2005.We used the ADO connection mode as the database connection method.The system structure is the C/S and B/S composite structure.By analysing the work flow of public security evaluation system,we obtained the detailed requirement. On the basis of obtaining requirement ,we built the functional model by analysis and design.
