The introduction of major strategies such as “Internet +”,“Mass Entrepreneurship,Mass Innovation”and“Made in China 2025”shows that the Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development of vocational and technical colleges,and China urgently needs a large number of technical talents.Premier Li also emphasized that vocational education should be placed in a more prominent position.However,the students of China's vocational and technical colleges have relatively large growth pressure,which is not conducive to the cultivation of skilled talents in China.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is mainly to alleviate the growth pressure of vocational and technical college students.Through the questionnaire and interview method,the author randomly selected 768 students from a vocational and technical college in Hangzhou,through the reading of previous literature,statistical analysis of the questionnaire data,and unstructured interviews with students and teachers of the school.The status quo of the growth pressure of the vocational and technical college students and the causes of the pressure,and from the professional perspective of the school social work to intervene,to help the vocational and technical college students to ease the growth pressure.This article believes that the current growth pressure of students in a vocational and technical college in Hangzhou is mainly divided into individual pressure and environmental pressure.Individual pressure mainly includes learning,psychological and employment aspects;environmental pressure mainly includes family level,school level and social level.Through the analysis of the causes of stress,it is found that the main reasons for the current stress of students in vocational and technical colleges are: lack of learning motivation and methods;insufficient self-cognition level and susceptibility to peer groups;employment role positioning deviation,employment positions The competition is fierce;the causes of environmental pressure are mainly due to the unreasonable education methods of parents and the financial constraints of families;the lack of teachers in schools and the unreasonable way of running schools;the existence of discrimination against vocational skills colleges by the society and the insufficient support of national policies.In response to these growth pressures,the author intervenes from the perspective of school social work,adhering to the principles of "helping others to help themselves" and "empathy",using ABC theory and superior perspective theory to develop "self-decompression" growth for students of this vocational and technical college Groupsand case work to help them recognize their unreasonable beliefs and guide them to tap their own advantages and potentials.Cultivate the anti-stress skills of vocational and technical college students to improve their anti-stress ability.In the process of carrying out group work and case work,some deficiencies were found.For example,the social skills of the vocational and technical colleges are currently politically strong,and school social workers need to be improved in professionalism.The public 's awareness of school social work and The degree of understanding is still very insufficient.Corresponding suggestions are made for the above deficiencies.We should improve the professionalism of school social work,and advocate that the government should increase the purchase of social work posts on campus,and strengthen the publicity of school social work,so as to provide high-quality skilled talents for our country.
