In our country, with the improvement of the teachers' whole level, their occupation stress is heavier and heavier. But there is a little research on teachers' occupation stress, especially to vocational technique college and school. In recent years, with the vocation education system reforming perpetually, Our education administration institute is looking forward to the vocational education. And with the number of the student in an acute angle, with the students' action mistaken, with the teachers' technical post assessment difficult, and with the policy of the washing out of the teachers pushing, the vocational technique college and school's teacher feel the pressure heavier and heavier. So it is urgent to make an research about the vocational technique college and school's teacher, to provide some suggestion to teachers themselves and education administration institute.On the base of visit and literature research, I work out an questionnaire on the Shanghai vocational technique college and school full of high trade wind and imitation, then exert this and questionnaire to Shanghai vocational technique college and school's teachers, and come to three conclusion as follows:There are seven influence factors about occupation stress: administration's management, working load, society support, student's factors, occupation career development, individual character and human relations.The occupation pressure of Shanghai vocational technique college and school's teachers is in an moderate level, relatively high in administration's management, working load, student's factors and relatively low in society support, occupation career development, individual character and human relations.Exert demography variable to analyze and research the occupation pressure of Shanghai vocational technique college and school's teachers, and come to seven conclusion :(1) The occupation pressure of Shanghai vocational technique college is different from the school's teachers, the latter is relatively high.(2) The occupation pressure of Shanghai campus vocational technique college is different from the normal school's teachers. There is no notability difference between campus vocational technique college and normal technique college.
