On September 3,2014,China put forward a new college entrance examination reform plan,among which the college entrance examination course selection system is particularly eye-catching.Shandong province also launched a new gaokao policy in 2017,allowing students to choose their own gaokao content.The statistics of the past two years show that biology is one of the most popular subjects.This shows that students think biology is not difficult to learn,are willing to study biology.But the data also suggest that the number of biologically challenged students is on the rise.In teaching practice,most biology teachers focus on students with good academic performance and ignore those with poor academic performance,thus making most of the students with poor academic performance give up their biology study and eventually become students with learning difficulties.Therefore,it is one of the important fields of biological research to explore effective ways to promote the transformation of students with learning difficulties.This study is to analyze the current situation of junior high school students to learn biology,further study on the formation of the "poor student" causes and countermeasures,with the theory of pedagogy and education psychology research,based on the present situation investigation,put forward effective countermeasures combined with the specific case of empirical analysis,to improve poor student’s study interest,arouse the enthusiasm of students learning,help the poor student build up confidence and improve academic performance,eventually to promote the all-round development of students.First of all,through the analysis of a large number of literatures,the research background,research status,the concept of learning difficulties,the theoretical basis related to this study and the formation factors of learning difficulties were reviewed.Secondly,on the basis of the above work,through the design of the questionnaire,some junior middle school students and biology teachers were investigated,summed up qufu city junior middle school students with learning difficulties and the reasons for the formation.Some biology teachers attach importance to the transformation of students with learning difficulties,but lack of effective transformation strategies.The main factors for the formation of local students with learning difficulties include: the simplification of educational evaluation;The learning content becomes more difficult;The influence of teaching methods;The influence of family education;A bad mood;Unclear learning objectives,weak interest in learning;Lack of learning motivation;Incorrect learning attitude;The learning method is not appropriate;Inadequate attribution of success or failure.It is concluded that most students like to study biology subjectively,but due to various factors,students’ biology scores are consistently below the average level.On the basis of the above research work,the countermeasures for the transformation of junior middle school students with learning difficulties were analyzed.According to the investigation results and literature analysis,the effective countermeasures for the transformation of junior middle school biology were put forward,which mainly included changing the concept of education at all levels of schools and increasing the attention to the students with learning difficulties.Give play to the advantages of biology,stimulate students’ motivation of learning biology: help students form a correct attitude towards learning,stimulate students’ interest in learning;To create a good biological learning atmosphere,so that students can learn easily: according to the characteristics of students to choose appropriate biological teaching methods,combined with the diversity of teaching content to present the teaching process,according to the level of students stratification assignment;Help students to know themselves correctly and use evaluation reasonably;Help students form a correct view of attribution.Finally,a case study on the transformation of students with learning difficulties is carried out.According to the above-mentioned transformation strategy and combined with students’ own characteristics,three students with difficulties in biology were analyzed in the teaching practice.Through the above research,the research conclusions are as follows: 1.The students with learning difficulties have the same intelligence as other students,but their biological performance is lower than the average level for a long time due to the lack of learning interest,incorrect learning attitude,insufficient learning motivation and other factors.2.Most biology teachers pay much attention to students with learning difficulties and try to transform them actively,but lack effective transformation strategies.The theoretical and empirical studies show that the proposed transformation strategy is very effective.Four,as a biology teacher,often should actively communicate with students,positive guidance,continue to give encouragement and motivation,with parents much communication,promote the transformation of the poor student,as long as teachers actively and continue to focus on,and use the correct method to improve its study status,poor student biological quality will be improved.
