The conversion of senior high school students with learning difficulties(LD) in Biology is a task, with joint effort of biology teachers, students and family members, adopting some conversion strategy to make the performance of students with LD in Biology, meet the requirements of senior middle school biology standard.For the time being of the research, students with LD is a great many in English,Mathematics and many other subjects, but little in Biology, and much less in Guangzhou city. Therefore, the research in Guangzhou city of cause and conversion method of students with LD in Biology is of great significance.In this essay, through some questionnaire survey of biology learning status of high school students in Guangzhou city, combining with interviews of biology teachers, students representatives with learning difficulty of biology and class advisers from high school and by the analysis of immanent and external cause of students with LD in Biology, the conclusion is drown: The immanent cause of students with LD in Biology is unstable emotion, weak willpower, lack of learning interests, incorrect learning method, unhealthy study habit, weak study basis, lacking confidence; the external cause is family, school, society and unreasonable textbook arrangement, among which bad society and family is unhealthy conditions, issues of teachers and school management is because of not good schools. The survey shows that, immanent cause is the main reason of formation of high school student with LD in Biology is divided into 7 types: Type of unstable emotion, type of weak willpower, type of lacking learning interests, type of incorrect learning method, type of unhealthy study habit, type of weak study basis type of lacking confidence.In the part of conversion method, according to the request in the(curriculum standard) of senior middle school biology, making use of some advanced theory in and abroad, such as a theory of people-oriented, individual difference gestalt Ebbinghaus carve theory of multiple intelligence, success-oriented theory and combining with the characteristics of provincial key senior middle school students, bellow strategy is proposed at the view of senior middle school teachers: First, set up data bank of study status of each students with learning difficulty; Second, spare time should be made full use of to communicate with students with difficulty, teach them method of controlling emotion, cultivating tenacious willpower, formulating scientific study method, correcting learning attitude, establishing confidence. Third, class teaching method should be completed, for example making full use of 40 minutes class time, arousing study interests, fostering students’ ability of thinking of biology, raising studding efficiency, to make students assimilate knowledge and experience happiness of success at the same time. At last, personalized guidance should be imp implemented on students with difficulty at spare time of class. The method above was not carried out separately, but should be mutually combined when putting each method into effect to achieve the optimal conversion result.Limited by different area, diversity quality of students, the evaluation standard about students is various, for example students with LD in Biology from Guang ya which is the national demonstration high school, maybe top or average students in other high schools. Hence students with LD in Biology are a relative concept, it is contemporary facing difficulty in learning at the process of learning.Thus, with the effort of biology teachers and students, every high school students with LD in Biology have an opportunity to become excellent.
