Launched in 2011, the national basic education curriculum reform have put forward higher requirements on the political teachers and the political education, the quality professional development of political teacher has an important influence and significance on success of the new curriculum. And the quality of teacher professional development focused on improvement of teaching ability. With the basic education curriculum reform, teaching capacity issues are increasingly becoming a hot research topic which specialists and classroom teachers are concerning about.However, the recent study of teaching ability of teachers lacks of systematic research of the literature of specific disciplines, making the teaching of specific subject teachers capacity development lacks of a certain of theory and practice guidance, which has affected the quality of teachers in specific disciplines and the corresponding quality of teaching. Therefore, starting from the specific subject to discuss and study capacity development of political teaching in high school has important practical significance for their education.The article backgrounds high school curriculum reform of the ideological and political, through access to a large number of documents, combined with empirical data survey, analyze teaching ability of teachers in theory and practice. This article mainly covers the connotation of teaching ability, under the new curriculum the new teachers need what kind of teaching ability in order to meet the reform, teaching ability and political status of the investigation and analysis, capacity development of the political strategies of teaching research section.The wording of article is as follows:The first part is the teaching ability of teachers to analyze the content, including different explanations of teaching ability which experts and scholars on the concept and nature of the composition, and what's more, analyze the teaching ability combination. At the same time do appropriate of the theoretical basis of teaching ability of teachers.The second component is analysis of teaching ability of the new requirements under perspective of the new curriculum. This section mainly says new high school curriculum on the teaching ability of teachers to the political requirements, including the ability of cognizance, the capability of implementation, monitoring capability, the ability of research,which include selection if scientific and rational goal of teaching ability, to effectively carry out comprehensive research, to explore the implementation of teaching activities and the ability, to select the integration of quality curriculum resources developed, to stimulate students interest in learning ability, the use of variety of evaluation methods evaluation capacity, the ability to reflect some of the teaching and research capabilities.The third part is through questionnaires and political life of teachers teaching in actual teaching on the high school. Affordability through statistics and analysis of data obtained a number of conclusions. For example, by survey analysis we found that the political capacity of teachers in the classroom organization and management capacity is weak, and in the motivation to stimulate students to guide students to conduct inquiry-based learning, etc. Research, capacity development of teachers in the teaching is mainly a "practice-reflection" of the internal control-oriented ways and means, including "Strengthen exchanges and cooperation with colleagues" and "Reflections on Teaching Writing," is the most important path. "Lack of support from government policies" and "examination system and the academic pressure" is consider the most important factor to affect the teaching ability of teachers to the development.The fourth part presents some strategies of development of teaching ability of teachers. The article proposed to promote the development of teaching competence of teachers, the Education Department has to give necessary attention and support; teacher education institutions has to play the basis role in curriculum and teaching reform; school should build a good platform for development of teaching ability for political teachers; political teachers to foster awareness and self-concept. Article combines the ability of the general theory of teaching, to make the political capacity of the new teaching requirements, and made a targeted and strong teaching operational capacity development strategy, hoping to promote political teachers to adapt to the new curriculum reform, professional development for their own quality and has a guiding role.In a word, the political teachers need the practice, knowledge, again practice, understanding the process of sublimation and improve their teaching ability, to embark on professional development, the road of well-known teacher.
