History is a subject that undertakes the education of national conditions.This course not only popularizes the history of the country to the students,but also teaches the students to look at the world from the perspective of the history of the country and to look forward to the future based on the present.In the process of teaching,it is the mission of history discipline to guide students to establish correct outlook on the world,life and values,and to cultivate students’ international vision and historical consciousness.It is the value and significance of middle school history teaching to make students understand historical events objectively,rationally and comprehensively.In the new era,the cooperation and friction between China and the United States are constant.China-US relations have shown different characteristics in different periods of history,and the history of China-US relations occupies an important position in China’s diplomatic history.In the process of curriculum reform at home and abroad,the development trend of civic education has been highlighted,and students’ social development and world competitiveness have been emphasized.In the training objectives of ordinary high schools in China,the requirement of facing the world is put forward,which requires us to fully understand ourselves and the world through the history class.In the history curriculum standards of ordinary high schools(2017 edition),the five core qualities are proposed for the first time,among which the core is the feeling of homeland.The teaching of the history of China-US relations helps students to establish global awareness and open historical thinking ability,realize the importance of harmonious coexistence between countries,and make rational understanding and wise decisions on practical issues,so as to improve their own quality.Over the years,the real exam questions frequently examine the history of China-US relations,and make a specific analysis of the teaching contents based on the examination sites.In general,according to the ancient and modern Chinese history in the order of content analysis,clear teaching content and teaching key points.At the same time,the student questionnaire survey and teacher interview survey were conducted for ordinary high schools.Through the students’ questionnaire,to understand the knowledge of senior high school students on the history of China-US relations.The teacher interview,understand the teacher in this part of the content of the teaching situation.Based on the survey results,this paper analyzes the useful experience,existing problems and teaching strategies and methods that can be adopted in the current teaching of China-US relationship history.After analyzing the history of China-US relations in terms of theory and content,it is necessary to integrate this part of knowledge and teach it in the form of thematic history to test its teaching effect and teaching value.Practice shows that the teaching of the history of China-US relations can help students consolidate basic knowledge,promote the formation and improvement of knowledge structure,improve students’ quality in problem thinking,establish historical consciousness and global vision,and promote the overall development of students. |
