School and family are places where children grow up,and they both bear the responsibility of educating children and have an interactive impact on children’s growth.It is a means to improve the quality of family education and the need to build a modern school system that effective cooperation between families and schools.And It also applies to better integration of family education and school education.Elementary school students lack self-control ability,do not have the ability to live completely independently and have a strong dependence on parents and teachers.They need the constraints and requirements of parents and teachers,especially for children in the lower grades.The status quo of school-family partnerships is profound.Although many schools are actively carrying out various forms of school-family partnerships,the results have been unsatisfactory.This study refers to the questionnaires on the status of school-family partnerships in the China Youth Research Center and the questionnaires of Zhao Lanbo’s Beijing primary and middle school parents’ participation in school education.Six aspects of evaluation are made,and comparative analysis is made from the two dimensions of cognition and action.At the same time,parents and teachers of a grade one or two of a primary school in Q city are selected as research objects.Information is collected using questionnaires and interviews.Means,variances,etc.analyze the common problems and causes of the school’s school-family partnerships.The study found that school-family partnerships was involved to varying degrees within the class,and the average values of each factor were high.However,there is a passive phenomenon in school-family partnerships from the mean and variance values.Both home and school lack of the awareness of the cooperative importance,cooperation initiative,and unequal status between the two parties.It is obviously for surfaceization and the problem of poor effectiveness.Researchers analyze the causes of problems from four levels: family,school,teacher,and society.Family level: understanding of the family’s educational function subjective and objectively busy working life are not taken care of;school level: neglects the two-way nature of communication and lacks relevant training courses;teacher level: too much teacher workload and lack of communication and cooperation skills;social level:Lack of relevant policies,traditional misconceptions about education,and social ethics of supremacy in performance.In order to improve the status of school-family partnerships in the lower grades of primary schools,researchers have proposed strategies: unite the strengths of both to enhance the understanding of school-family partnerships;enhance the participation of parties,mobilize the initiative of school-family partnerships;promote equal cooperation and establish a partnership relationship;Ability to cooperate,broaden the fields and ways of school-family partnerships;improve the cooperation system to ensure the effectiveness.
