The lower grade of primary schools is the key period of students’ physical and mental development,habit formation and personality development.In this period,families and schools,as the main places for students to study and live,mainly undertake the education and cultivation of students,playing a vital role in the growth and development of students.In order to promote the all-round development of students under the guidance of the current education objectives,it is necessary to integrate child discipline education and school education,and to enhance the quality of education through co-operation.Therefore,this paper studies the current situation of home-school cooperation in the lower grades of primary schools and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies.Based on the home-school cooperation research at home and abroad,this study takes the parents and teachers of 6 classes of S primary school in H City as the main research object,with questionnaire as the main research method and combining interviews.By investigating parents’ and teachers’ awareness of the goals,contents and ways of home-school cooperation,this paper analyzes the main problems and reasons of the current home-school cooperation in the lower grades of primary schools in the light of the practice of setting up morality and cultivating people’s goal in the process of home-school cooperation.Through the analysis of the results of the investigation,we can see that there are some problems in the process of implementing the education goal of establishing morality through home-school cooperation,such as the cognitive deviation of parents towards home-school cooperation,the lack of teachers’ understanding of realizing the goal of establishing morality through home-school cooperation,the lack of schools to make full use of the educational resources in the aspect of teachers’ home-school cooperation,and the unsound evaluation mechanism.In order to solve these problems,this study provides some strategies: to improve the awareness of parents and teachers on the implementation of the goal of family-school cooperation,to make full use of relevant educational resources and to improve the evaluation mechanism.This paper investigates the present situation of the home-school cooperation,concept in the lower grades of primary schools,analyzes the problems,and puts forward suggestions for improvement,which can promote the development of the good home-school cooperation mode to a certain extent,under the mutual cooperation of family and school,promote the all-round development of students and realize the educational goal of setting up morality and cultivating people. |
