Labor education is an important content of the national education system and a necessary way for students to grow.Its main implementation channel is to set up labor education courses,supplemented by extracurricular labor and the combination of teaching with related disciplines.The labor education curriculum has important value for promoting the diversified development of students.The implementation of the labor education curriculum is the main way to realize the value of the labor education curriculum.In recent years,many schools have achieved significant results by setting up labor education curriculum in accordance with their own reality.However,in some areas,especially rural areas,there are problems such as the grammaticalization,weakening,and marginalization of labor education curriculum.Shandong Province is a major province of education.To investigate and study on the implementation status of rural primary school labor education curriculum in Shandong Province,it can not only deeply understand the problems existing in the implementation of rural primary school labor education curriculum in Shandong Province,but also provide effective strategic guidance for its problem solving.It can provide some useful experience for the implementation of China's labor education curriculum.In this study,teachers and students from four rural primary schools in some cities in Shandong Province were used as the survey object.189 valid teacher questionnaires and 667 valid student questionnaires were collected using a questionnaire survey.Six teachers and six students were interviewed using the interview method.The questionnaire survey method and interview method are used in combination to explore the current status of the implementation of the labor education curriculum in rural primary schools in Shandong Province.The study found that there are currently five problems in the implementation of labor education curriculum in rural primary schools in Shandong Province: First,there are deviations in the curriculum objectives,including utilitarianism,poor targeting,and narrow positioning;second,the curriculum content is too thin,including science weakness,uneven distribution,and small selectivity;third,the teaching organization form is out of standard,including classroom-based positions,lack of individualized teaching,and lack of practicality and floating in the form;fourth,the teaching method is single,including teaching traditional methods and monotonous teaching methods.Fifth,teaching evaluation is more arbitrary,including single evaluation methods and subjects,superficial teacher evaluation and lack of standards in the evaluation system.In response to these problems,the author proposes the following optimization strategies: optimizing course objectives,enriching course content,improving teaching organization forms,improving teaching methods and modes,and improving teaching evaluation systems.
