| The comprehensive educational value of labor education itself makes it an important part of education in the new era.Labor education refers to educational activities that help educated people form correct labor values and cultivate good labor literacy through the combination of labor theory and labor practice.The implementation of labor education curriculum is the main way to realize the value of labor education,which carries the key role of cultivating students’ labor literacy and is of great significance for promoting the diversified development of students.This study used literature,questionnaires,interviews and observations to investigate the implementation status of labor education curriculum in Primary X Primary School in Songshan District,Chifeng City,and found that there were the following problems in the implementation of labor education curriculum in this primary school: first,the labor curriculum construction was insufficient,which was manifested in the weak teachers and lack of material foundation of the school;Second,the teaching of labor courses is formalized,which is specifically manifested in insufficient actual class hours,monotonous course content,and arbitrary teaching forms;Third,there is a lack of discipline penetration in labor ideology education;Fourth,labor practice activities are simplified,which is specifically manifested in the monotonous content of on-campus labor practice activities and the lack of off-campus labor practice activities;Fifth,the labor course evaluation system is incomplete;Sixth,the implementation of labor courses is not effective,which is specifically manifested in the biased labor concept of suburban primary school students and the uneven mastery of labor ability of suburban primary school students.Through analysis,it is believed that there are internal and external reasons for the problems in the implementation of the labor education curriculum in this primary school.Internal causes include: the impact of insufficient labor education literacy of teachers;Schools do not pay enough attention to labor education,etc.External causes include: the influence of potentially narrow labor values;the impact of external pressures on suburban primary school students;limited support from education administrations,etc.The optimization strategy proposed is: to establish the concept of labor education in the new era;Establishment of a workforce of teachers for primary labour education courses;Optimize the content of the primary labor education curriculum;Improve the evaluation mechanism of primary school labor education curriculum;Improve the guarantee mechanism for primary school labor education curriculum;Improving the environment for the implementation of primary school labor education courses outside the school. |
