Since 2015,the Chinese government has paid great attention to the integration of rural industries and the entrepreneurship of migrant workers,and issued a series of relevant policy documents.These documents emphasize: strengthening entrepreneurship education,improving the ability of migrant workers to start businesses,guiding and supporting migrant workers to return home to start businesses,and promoting the integrated development of rural industries,.Therefore,under the current policy background,taking returning migrant workers as the research object and studying the mechanism of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial ability under the background of industrial integration,it is of great significance to promote migrant workers returning home to start businesses,and then to promote the implementation of ?mass entrepreneurship and innovation? strategy and rural revitalization strategy.First of all,this paper defines the relevant concepts and constructs a theoretical model of the relationship among entrepreneurship education,industry integration cognition and entrepreneurial ability of returning migrant workers based on the theory of institutional change,social cognition,TRIZ theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs.On this basis,combining with the rural industry and rural migrant entrepreneurship education in the background of reality,this paper compiles a questionnaire on the rural entrepreneurship education,returning migrant workers industrial convergence cognitive and entrepreneurship.And we have divided rural entrepreneurship education into four dimensions: stimulating education,basic education,promotive education and practical education;divided industrial convergence cognitive into three dimensions: policy cognition,value cognition and risk cognitive.Then,descriptive statistical analysis of related variables is conducted,and the results show that: The data of respondents distributes evenly and representatively,most of the village,pay more attention to develop stimulating education,promotive education and practical education,while the basic education is relatively weak;Returning migrant workers show a good overall situation in the dimensions of industrial integration policy cognition and value cognition,but they lack the ability to resolve risks,and their self-perception of entrepreneurial ability is good.Furthermore,structural equation model is used to analyze the relationship among rural entrepreneurship education,industrial integration cognition and entrepreneurial ability of returning migrant workers.The results show that: Firstly,the rural entrepreneurship education of returning migrant workers has a direct positive influence on industrial convergence cognition.Stimulating education,promotive education and practical education for migrant industrial convergence cognition have a direct positive effect,but the basic education doesn't have a direct and significant impact on industrial convergence cognitive of returning migrant workers;Secondly,the cognition of industrial integration of migrant workers returning home has a direct positive impact on their entrepreneurial ability.The cognition of industrial integration policy,value perception and risk perception of migrant workers returning home have a positive impact on their entrepreneurial ability.Thirdly,returning migrant workers industrial convergence cognitive entrepreneurship plays partial intermediary role in rural entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial ability.There is no significant effect on entrepreneurship between policy cognition and risk cognition in the basic education,while the value of this cognitive can affect the entrepreneurial ability.Stimulating education,basic education,prmotive education influence entrepreneurial ability respectively by returning migrant workers industrial integration policy cognition,value cognition and risk perception.Finally,according to the empirical analysis results and research conclusions,this article puts forward several suggestions from the government,society and individuals.The government should improve and optimize the entrepreneurship policy,create the environment of industrial integration and entrepreneurship,deepen the awareness of returning migrant workers to the industrial integration policy,improve their ability to identify and grasp the entrepreneurial opportunities.At the social level,we should carry out actively basic and promotive education,combine with the case of value benefit sharing of industrial integration,then improve the comprehensive entrepreneurial ability of returning migrant workers in terms of theoretical knowledge,technical level and team management.Returning migrant workers should participate in actively the process of entrepreneurship practice education,learn from the example of entrepreneurship,grasp ways to resolve risks,and enhance their entrepreneurial practice ability.
