Research On The Use Of New Media In The Process Of Employment And Entrepreneurship Of Returning Migrant Workers In County Z From The Perspective Of Empowermet

Under the background of new-type urbanization,more and more migrant workers choose to return home for development.Existing a lot of research is that returning migrant workers in the process of the former city life have no way to breakthrough the limitation of system,etc,to complete the process of urbanization,can become the "marginal people" of the city,and after returning home for long from home to the environment,social structure and hometown "embedded" off,As a result,they become a vulnerable group of "double marginalized people".However,few studies have focused on the more successful group of these returning migrant workers.Therefore,this study takes the returnees in Z County as an example to analyze how they use new media to empower themselves in the process of returning to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship,so as to change their vulnerable status as "double marginalized people".Through the study found that the Courier station owner in its home depending on employment and entrepreneurship in the process of new media work to achieve the perception of the surrounding environment,information acquisition and development,interpersonal interaction and relationship to strengthen,and action to participate in the four levels of empowerment,so as to gradually get rid of the weak position,after his return home to build your network of social relations in their hometown And complete the individual "upward flow" process.By combining the empowerment of new media with the development of new urbanization in their hometowns,they can obtain more social resources and opportunities,so that they can stay in their hometowns and live a good life there after they return.However,the empowerment of new media is not an absolute power that can be endowed with new media,but an opportunity and possibility as a tool.Therefore,the returning migrant workers should realize the access principle implied by the new media empowerment and combine it with their career,so that they can truly obtain the opportunities and resources for their own survival and development after returning home.
