This dissertation is an oral history investigation on the social integration of female migrant workers returning rural hometown. The researcher selected S village,Xinhe Town,Qingyang County,Chizhou City,Anhui Province as the survey site to carry out oral history survey, and divided them into two categories. The key points of this thesis are: 1.What is the living state of female migrant workers after returning rural hometown? What are the problems? 2.What dimensions can we research the social integration of female migrant workers after returning? What is the relationship between these dimensions? What are their operating mechanisms? 3.What measures can be taken to improve the social integration between this group and the countryside?Through the research, the researchers found that in rural areas, most of the division of female groups does not come from the physical age,but from the construction of the external gender and women's own social experience. The conclusion based on the special "gender age" phenomenon of women, and focus on the individual differences of women. And their performance in the dimension of social integration shows a significant difference. The obstacle factors come from the comprehensive effect of time, space and situation. These three factors interacted and influenced each other. The researchers give suggestions to improve the level of social integration of the group in rural areas. They are important because of they are not only the intersection of traditional and modern, but also the carrier of the integration of local culture and urban civilization.Promoting the return of female migrant workers who have received the baptism of two cultures is conducive to the intersection and understanding of urban and rural culture, and reshaping the new urban-rural relationship. At the same time, the focus on social integration in rural areas is conducive to breaking the existing pattern of valuing the city over the countryside, promoting the two-way flow of urban and rural elements in human capital, equal exchange, and accelerating the development of urban-rural integration.
